Shipping & Returns

Return & Exchange NOTE: RETURNS/EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR INNER WEAR AND FACE MASKS KEEPING HYGIENE INTO CONSIDERATION.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

You can request a return or exchange of the product(s) within 5 days from the date of delivery in case you are not satisfied with the purchase. Reverse pick up will be done from our side wherever feasible. In extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if a reverse pickup facility is not available in your area. You may also contact us at support@carafashions.com to arrange for reverse pickup.

In the case of exchange, the product will only be exchanged with a different size and cannot be changed with a different product from Carafashions. In addition, the product returned/exchanged should be in the exact condition as it was sent, along with all the tags. Return/Exchange will not be accepted if the product tags are removed or missing. Please note that a handling fee of ₹150 will be charged for returns.

HOW TO RAISE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST?

1. If you are a registered user, you can initiate return request from "My Order" option under your name on top right corner. From list of product(t) on my "My Oder" page click "Return" Button, provide quantity, valid reason and click submit

2. If you are not a registered user, please email support@carafashions.com with product Id, quantity, valid reason of return/exchange and our team will get back to you for further processing.

REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

For return/exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. Please note that a handling fee of ₹150 will be charged for returns.

REFUNDS FOR PREPAID ORDERS

For prepaid orders, the mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order. The amount would be credited to your account within 3-5 working days once initiated. If not, please get in touch with your respective bank.

REFUNDS FOR CASH ON DELIVERY

Once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC, a link via our Payments Partner (RazorPay) would be sent on your registered E-mail ID and WhatsApp number. You would be required to click on the link and fill in the required details for the refund to be initiated to your account.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail support@carafashions.com with details of the product and its damage within 2 days of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, free of cost.
Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days of the day we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up original item from you. You will have to pay for an exchange order and we will refund you after QC of previous product.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

Imitation Jewellery, Party wear Footwear, Party wear Clothes , Party wear Purse and all other party wear products, Precious Jewelry, Cosmetics, Sunglasses, Socks, Deodorants, Perfumes, Briefs, Shapewear Bottoms, any Lingerie Set that includes a Brief, Swimwear, Mittens, Wrist-Bands cannot be exchanged or returned.
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
Under Exchange Policy,

If you choose to exchange item purchased by you on Carafashions for any other item of the same or different value from Carafashions. In such case, if exchanged item is of the higher value, differences in amount will be charged to you and if exchanged item is of the lower value, differences in amount will be refunded to you post successful pick up of original item from you.
Net amount paid by you (excluding instant cashback/discount) to purchase original item will be considered to calculate difference in amount of original and exchanged item which will be payable by you or refundable by Carafashions as the case may be, for an exchange.

Exchanges are only allowed for pincodes which are serviceable for an exchange.
Item cannot be exchanged for multiple products and you are allowed to select single item for exchange. While customer can exchange multiple item at a time by initiating separate exchange request for each of the item.
Non- returnable products/categories cannot be exchanged.
Carafashions shall reserve the right to restrict exchange of the items purchased on Carafashions if customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in CARA sole discretion. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
Carafashions will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Carafashions would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.

To return a product to Carafashions, please follow these steps:

You can return products purchased from Carafashions within the specified return/exchange period(check product details page for the same), except for our non-returnable products and high-value products which can only be returned for limited number of days.

Pick-up: If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product in a packet and the product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Keep the packet ready and open to expedite the return pickup. Our staff may initially examine the product at the time of pickup and a further quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns Desk.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request on App/Website/Msite.

NOTE: NO PRODUCTS SHALL BE ACCEPTED IF THE WARRANTY CARD IS MISSING WHILE RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCTS.

Cancellation Policy

Carafashions reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time. In case of partial cancellation by customer if total cart value goes below the free shipping amount , Carafashions reserves the right to recover the shipping charges of Rs.150/-.

Cash On Delivery Policy

As per the Cash on Delivery policy:

To avail C-O-D Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.
C-O-D is applicable on a minimum sale value of Rs. 0 and maximum of Rs. 20,000 only.
Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
If the product is open, do not accept the order.
No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.

Using Cash Back & Promo Codes/Coupons

Cash back Promo Code may not be applicable for all the products on the website.
Special coupons should be redeemed within the limited period, and validity once expired, cannot be extended later.
Two offers cannot be clubbed together using the Promo Code.
Carafashions reserves the right to cancel any promotional ‘Promo Code’ and the transactions in which they are used. (This is not applicable on Cash back Promo Codes)
Cash back and Promo Code Coupon cannot be clubbed together to avail an offer at Carafashions. This means, if Promo Code is used in an offer, Cash back cannot be generated.
