How to Make a Return or Exchange?

• You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery if you're not satisfied with your purchase.

• If reverse pickup isn’t available in your area, you may need to send the product via a reliable courier.

• For assistance, email us at support@carafashions.com.

• Exchanges are only allowed for size changes only.

• Returned/exchanged products must be in their original condition with all tags intact. Products without tags will not be accepted.

• A ₹150 handling fee will be charged for returns.

How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request?

2. Go to "My Orders" at the top-right corner.

3. Select the product, click "Return," provide the reason, and submit.
