RETURN, SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY

SHIPPING

• Free shipping on orders above ₹799.
• ₹79 standard shipping charge applicable on orders below ₹799.
• Orders are dispatched within 2 working days from our warehouse.
• Delivery timelines are usually 5–7 working days depending on location.
• Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

RETURNS

• Return/Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags & packaging intact.
• Innerwear, face masks, jewellery, perfumes, lingerie sets, Wedding Bags/Footwear and hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.
• Wedding Collection products are strictly non-returnable. Only exchange is allowed subject to stock availability.
• If exchange is unavailable for wedding products, a credit note valid for 90 days will be issued.
• A ₹149 handling fee will be charged on all return & exchange requests.
• Shipping charges & partial COD advance payments are non-refundable.
• Customers must share an unboxing video within 24 hours for damaged/wrong product claims.
• Reverse pickup will be arranged within 2–3 days subject to service availability.
• In non-serviceable areas, customers may need to self-ship the product.
• Returned products will undergo Quality Check (QC) after receiving.
• If the product fails QC, it will be shipped back to the customer.
• Free gifts received with the order must also be returned.
• The company reserves the right to reject returns/exchanges in case of misuse of policy.

REFUNDS / STORE CREDIT

• Refunds/Store Credits are processed within 72 hours after QC approval.
• Store credit/discount code will be shared via Email or WhatsApp within 2–3 working days.
• COD & Prepaid orders are eligible for refund in the form of store credit/discount code only.

EXCHANGE

• Exchange is allowed only for size or same product.
• All exchanges are subject to stock availability & serviceable location.
• Exchange for defective or wrong product will be free of charge.
