Product Description
Design - This bag is a perfect display of modern Indian aesthetic. The boho style bag features floral embroidery along with shell-like beads forming the fringes at the end.
Structure - It’s a rectangular, envelope-style silhouette. The firm a boxy style is due to rigid fabric featuring a fold-over front flap.
Embellishment - The bag has tribal craft on its exterior. It’s densely embellished with the help of cowrie shells, decorative tassels, and beads. Fringes are hanging from the bottom of the front flap. 
Closure - It features a front flap closure ensured by a firm magnetic lock.
Handling Support - The bag includes a small handle attached to the top which can easily be handheld and carried around. 
Washcare - Dry clean only. Use a soft cloth to wipe off the dust.

RETURN, SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY

SHIPPING

• Free shipping on orders above ₹799.
• ₹79 standard shipping charge applicable on orders below ₹799.
• Orders are dispatched within 2 working days from our warehouse.
• Delivery timelines are usually 5–7 working days depending on location.
• Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

RETURNS

• Return/Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags & packaging intact.
• Innerwear, face masks, jewellery, perfumes, lingerie sets, Wedding Bags/Footwear and hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.
• Wedding Collection products are strictly non-returnable. Only exchange is allowed subject to stock availability.
• If exchange is unavailable for wedding products, a credit note valid for 90 days will be issued.
• A ₹149 handling fee will be charged on all return & exchange requests.
• Shipping charges & partial COD advance payments are non-refundable.
• Customers must share an unboxing video within 24 hours for damaged/wrong product claims.
• Reverse pickup will be arranged within 2–3 days subject to service availability.
• In non-serviceable areas, customers may need to self-ship the product.
• Returned products will undergo Quality Check (QC) after receiving.
• If the product fails QC, it will be shipped back to the customer.
• Free gifts received with the order must also be returned.
• The company reserves the right to reject returns/exchanges in case of misuse of policy.

REFUNDS / STORE CREDIT

• Refunds/Store Credits are processed within 72 hours after QC approval.
• Store credit/discount code will be shared via Email or WhatsApp within 2–3 working days.
• COD & Prepaid orders are eligible for refund in the form of store credit/discount code only.

EXCHANGE

• Exchange is allowed only for size or same product.
• All exchanges are subject to stock availability & serviceable location.
• Exchange for defective or wrong product will be free of charge.
